Cleaning Supply Network Policies
ORDERING
Phone orders are accepted Monday through Friday from
8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). You can fax your order to us 24 hours a day at (850)
457-7866. Note: All online orders must be confirmed via telephone before shipping.
You may call us at 888-848-0627 or a CSN represenitive will contact you shortly
after your order is placed. Shipping and Taxes are not included in the orginal invoice.
PRODUCTS AND PRICING
While we strive to keep backorders to a
minimum, they do occur. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship all available
items and ship backordered items as soon as they are available.
NON-STOCK ITEMS
We will order non-stock items and ship them to
you once we receive them or we will drop ship items from the manufacturer when possible.
A drop ship fee may apply to any drop shipped items. Please note when ordering non-stock
items we are not able to issue return authorization numbers for them. Once these
items have been shipped from the manufacturer the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
RETURNS AND WARRANTIES
A return authorization number must accompany
all returned items - please contact us to receive a return authorization number.
Credit or replacement of the item is at discretion of CSN. A 20% restocking fee
will be added to all special order products.
Warranties are extended only from the manufacturer and not by CSN. It is the manufacturer's
determination if a machine or part is under warranty not CSN.
Please call us to
obtain a return authorization number and write this number on the outside of the
shipping box before returning to us. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returned
items.
SHIPPING
Our shipping charges are based on item weight and customer zip code. We do not charge any fee for handling.
Shipping rates are calculated as follows:
